How do I reserve a casino night?
Use the contact form or phone us. We will outline the packages on offer, recommend the best fit for your occasion, and tailor the setup to your requirements. Booking at least two weeks in advance increases the chance of securing your preferred date.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 30% secures your reservation. The balance is due no later than three days prior to the event.
How large can my group be?
It depends on the package: Essential Casino Night fits up to 30 guests, Signature up to 50, and Grand VIP up to 100. Larger groups may be accommodated—we can discuss bespoke arrangements.
Do these events involve real money?
No. Games are for entertainment only. Tokens are used—they have no cash value—and we operate within the law. The focus is on ambience and experience, not money.
Who operates the table games?
Every table is run by licensed dealers. They ensure fair play and smooth running so guests can focus on having a good time.
What is included in each package?
Dealers, tables, chips and cards, and refreshments are included in every package; winners receive certificates or prizes. Higher-tier packages add themed décor, photography, and extras—see the Offline Casino page for full details.
What happens if I cancel or need to change the date?
Cancel at least 14 days before the event and your full deposit is refunded. Between 7 and 14 days, half the deposit is refunded. Within 7 days, the deposit is not refundable. Changing the date is allowed when arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Can events be held at external venues or in other cities?
Yes. We organise casino-style events in different locations and can work with venues you suggest. Tell us your preferred venue and we will take care of the logistics.
Can a package be customised for our needs?
Yes. Packages can be tailored—additional tables, different catering, themed décor, or other changes. Get in touch and we will put together a plan that fits.
Are there prizes for winners?
Yes. Depending on the package, winners receive certificates and/or prizes as agreed at the time of booking. No cash is paid—games use tokens and are for entertainment only. The aim is to enjoy the games and the evening, not to wager real money.
