How our event services operate and what you may expect from us—these Terms set that out. Your responsibilities as a participant are also defined here. Use of our services indicates full acceptance of these terms.

Reserving an Event
The process for reserving an event:
- Contact us via email or telephone to confirm that the date is available.
- Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the package price you select.
- Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date.
- Full payment must reach us no later than three days prior to the event.
- A deposit is required before any date can be held.

Cancellations and Changes of Date
Circumstances shift—we understand that. Our policy is designed to stay fair and clear:
- Cancellation at least 14 days before the event: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days beforehand: fifty percent of the deposit refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 days: no refund of the deposit.
- Changing the date is allowed when arranged in advance and subject to availability.

Rules for Participating in Events
These rules apply to ensure experiences remain smooth and enjoyable:
- Games are for entertainment only; no real money is used.
- Guests play with tokens that have no cash value.
- When disputes arise, the dealer's decision stands as final.
- All participants must treat staff and one another with respect.
- We may remove anyone whose behaviour is inappropriate or who breaches these rules.

Scope of Our Liability
Limits apply to what we can be held liable for:
- Lost or unattended personal belongings are not our responsibility.
- Damage caused by participant misconduct does not fall on us.
- Interruptions or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are not our responsibility.

Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be revised from time to time. Each revision becomes effective when published. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
